WESCO Super Rec (U16 & U19)
It’s almost time to register for our 2026 Super Rec Season! Open registration is from April 1st to May 31st.
In 2026, WESCO will follow US Youth Soccer recommendations to reorganize our Rec divisions by school grade cut off birthdate instead of birth year. This Age group change is intended to allow your child to play with their classmates—kids from the same grade—rather than all kids born in the same calendar year. Studies found that aligning teams with the school grade cut off date (August 1 - July 31) creates a better experience because kids play with teammates at the same social, emotional, and developmental stage.
Super Rec is open to players born between August 1st, 2007 & July 31st, 2012 and will participate in the NorCal Premier Super Rec league, playing against teams from other local leagues. More information can be found in the U16 & U19 Super Rec Handbook. Due to interest, WESCO has expanded our Super Rec registration to include a potential U19 team. Team formation will be based on interest and number of players registered. If teams can not be formed, refunds will be issued.
Super Rec Fees for 2026 (includes a $25 processing fee):

* Open Registration is from April 1st-May 31st. Late registration is available June 1st through July 30th on a first come first-serve basis as space is available and will include an additional $30 late fee.
* REFUND POLICY: Any refund requests must be submitted in writing before June 15th, 2026 and there is a non-refundable $25 processing fee. All registrations including late-registrations are non-refundable after June 15th.

Rec Volunteer Opportunities
WESCO United is a volunteer run organization. In order for the league to run smoothly, it is important to have as many parent volunteers as possible. Please look through the volunteer opportunities and decide where you will be able to assist.
U16 & U19 Super Rec Soccer
The WESCO United Super Rec teams participate in the NorCal Premier Super Rec league and play games against teams from other leagues in the area. Super Rec is designed to provide a rich and enjoyable environment where our older Rec teams can continue to develop in this wonderful sport in a nurturing and supportive way. The WESCO Super Rec season runs from August-November each year in Sebastopol and the surrounding towns. Based on availability, NorCal Premier may host a tournament weekend during the fall for the Super Rec league and participation is voluntary.
